Variant of the L Sit where you move your hands forward and one at a time, so that your body moves forward while in L Sit position.

How to and step by step instructions:

  1. Sit down on the floor, legs extended and feet together.
  2. Press down your shoulders and raise legs horizontally, in a L Sit position.
  3. Move one arm a few inches forward, than the other arm, and consecutively.
  4. Count the distance you can move forward.

Hints & tips:

  • You must master the L Sit to do this move.
  • Focus on your position and keep your back and legs straight.

Benefits:

  • Strong core.
  • Exercise is harder than the pure L Sit.

Counting & gamification:

  • Count the distance you can move forward.
  • Set a goal for a given period, say a session or week, and do the necessary number of repetitions until you reach that goal.
