L Sit Kick Through exercise – Mover.tips

Jump from a plank position on parallettes to an L Sit. For this you must bend knees enough so that your body can pass below your supporting arms.

  1. Set in a plank position, hands on parallettes, legs backward, all body following a straight line.

Hints & tips:

  • The higher the parallettes, the easier to pass through them.
  • You must be able to L Sit to perform the exercise.
