L Sit Circles exercise – Mover.tips

Variant of the L Sit on the floor where you rotate 360 degrees while standing on your hands in an L Sit position.

How to and step by step instructions:

  1. Sit down on the floor, legs extended and feet together.
  2. Press down your shoulders and raise legs horizontally, in a L Sit position.
  3. Move one of your hands, than the other, so that your body can rotate without your feet touching the ground.
  4. Count the angle you can rotate, with 360 for a complete circle.

Hints & tips:

  • You must master the L Sit to do this move.
  • Focus on your position and keep your back straight.

Benefits:

  • Strong core.
  • Exercise is harder than the pure L Sit.

Counting & gamification:

  • Set a goal for a given session, say one circle, and do the necessary small moves until you reach the goal.
