How to and step by step instructions:

  1. Sit on the floor, legs straight and feet together.
  2. Hands by the side of your hips.
  3. Press your shoulders down, lifting your butt of the ground.
  4. Raise your feet keeping the legs straight.

  • Work your shoulders, arms, abs and quads prior to try this exercise.
